We strive to offer compassionate services through short-term and long-term support services. From lending a listening ear, offering practical counseling, to delivering hands-on sustainable support, we are here for you in every challenge—Personal, Professional, and Business.

Who Can Get Support from SGTJ Helpline?

Our Support Period

SGTJ Helpline offers immediate, sustainable, and empowering support for as long as required. The core mission of SGTJ Helpline is to provide short and long-term assistance, empowering those in need today to become helpers tomorrow.

Anonymous Services

We offer anonymous support, meaning you don't have to share your name or personal details to get help in some cases. We provide private support through our secure Virtual Workspace, respecting everyone's story without judgment. However, some of our long-term support services may not be accessible anonymously.

Confidentiality

SGTJ Helpline operates with the highest standards of security, confidentiality, and accountability. We offer private support through our secure Virtual Workspace, respecting everyone's story without judgment. We will not disclose any details or stories publicly unless you choose to share your story here on our platform.

Data Protection

We have a strict data protection policy that follows international data protection laws and regulations to ensure that the data we collect is stored securely and used responsibly. Read our privacy policy and other terms for more details.

SGTJ Helpline offers virtual Support and Services, and we may also be able to connect you to grassroots nonprofits or a local advocate if required.

Our support and services include, but are not limited to:

• Talk to SGTJ Helpline: If you want to talk about what's on your mind or need help for someone, we are here to provide a listening ear and support you through different challenges, such as emotional feelings, traumatic events, abuse and domestic violence, mental health, suicidal thoughts, addiction, family issues, parenting, and more. 

• Practical Advice: Obtain actionable advice for personal, professional, and business issues, along with support from a coach, mentor, or advisor when needed.

• Crisis Intervention: Immediate support for individuals in urgent need of assistance, including emergency financial situations.

• Skill Building: Enhance personal and professional growth with courses, training, workshops, and apprenticeships offered by industry experts.

• Hands-on Sustainable Support: Access tools, resources, and professional services for long-term sustainability and empowerment.

• Financial Support and Fundraising: Get assistance with bill payments, strategic planning, fundraising, and connecting with potential donors.

• Health and Wellness: Offering resources and programs focused on physical health, nutrition, and overall wellness, including access to healthcare providers and fitness programs.

• Counseling Services: Professional counseling for individuals, couples, and families to address emotional and relational issues.

• Employment Assistance: Job search support, resume building, interview preparation, and connections to potential employers.

• Youth Programs: Educational and recreational programs for children and teenagers to support their development and provide positive role models.

• Legal Assistance: Offering basic legal advice and connecting individuals with legal professionals for more complex issues.
